Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Stylica (“we,” “us,” “our”). We strive to provide high quality services and ensure that our clients are satisfied. This Refund Policy outlines our policies regarding refunds or credits of fees paid for our services. By purchasing or engaging our services, you agree to the terms laid out below.


1. Applicability

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases of services from Stylica, including but not limited to website development, digital marketing, inventory management, consulting, and any other related service offerings (“Services”). It does not apply to:

  • Services or deliverables provided free of charge;
  • Third-party costs/expenses paid on behalf of a client (e.g. domain registration, hosting, third-party tools, licenses), unless we explicitly agree to refund them;
  • Any services where a different refund or cancellation policy is explicitly communicated in writing in a contract or proposal.

2. Timeframe for Refund Requests

To initiate a refund request, the client must contact us in writing (by email to [insert contact email] or via the contact method specified in our agreement) within 14 days of the date of purchase or service engagement, unless otherwise agreed. After that period, we may offer credits or partial refunds at our discretion, but are not required to do so.


3. Conditions for Refunds

A refund request will be considered only under the following conditions:

  • Non-delivery / Non-performance: We have failed to deliver the Services as specified in the agreement, or have not met critical milestones agreed upon by both parties.
  • Defective or Substandard Work: The deliverables are materially defective, or do not reasonably conform to the specifications or scope as agreed in the contract.
  • Duplicate Payment: You have made payment twice for the same service.
  • Cancellation by Stylica: In rare cases where we are unable to fulfill our obligations (for instance, due to unforeseen circumstances), we may cancel the service and issue a refund.

Refunds will not be provided under these circumstances:

  • Client changes mind after work has commenced significantly or after substantial effort invested, unless agreed at the outset.
  • Delay caused by the client (e.g., delayed feedback, failure to provide required materials/information).
  • Disruption due to events outside our reasonable control (force majeure, acts of God, etc.).
  • Minor adjustments, cosmetic changes, or revisions that fall within “reasonable use / scope” of the initial agreement.

4. Refund Process

If you believe you qualify for a refund under the terms above, please follow this process:

  1. Submit a Refund Request
    Send an email to [insert contact email] with:
    • Your name, contact details, and project/reference number.
    • Date of purchase / agreement.
    • Description of the service(s) and/or deliverable(s) involved.
    • Reason(s) for requesting the refund, including supporting evidence (screenshots, document comparison, etc.).
  2. Review by Stylica
    Upon receiving your request, we will acknowledge receipt within 3 business days. Then we will review your case in good faith, which may include consultation with relevant team members, checking project records, deliverables, milestones, etc.
  3. Decision & Refund Execution
    If, in our assessment, your request meets the criteria, we will approve the refund (full or partial, depending on the extent of services delivered). Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of approval. The refund will be credited using the original method of payment. If that is not possible, we will work out an alternative mutually acceptable method.
  4. Communication
    We will communicate clearly with you at all stages: acknowledgment, decision (approval or denial), and refund execution.

5. Partial Refunds & Credits

  • If only part of the work has been completed satisfactorily, or only a portion of the deliverables is problematic, we may offer a partial refund or credit toward future services.
  • Credits may be valid for a specified period (e.g. 6 months) and applied against future services with Stylica.

6. Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel Services before work has begun:

  • You may request cancellation in writing.
  • If cancellation is made before any substantive work begins, we will refund the full amount, minus any non-recoverable costs we may have already incurred (if any), which we will disclose in advance.

If cancellation occurs after work has commenced, we may retain fees corresponding to the portion of work completed and/or resources already expended. The remaining fee (if any) will be refunded or credited as appropriate.


7. No Refund for Specified Situations

Refunds will not be granted for:

  • Changes in market conditions, business strategy, or regulatory environment after services have been delivered.
  • Decisions based on taste, preference, or dissatisfaction with results after acknowledgment of deliverables (unless non-compliance with scope).
  • Any loss, damage, or cost that is indirect, incidental, or consequential arising from using the deliverables.
  • If you cancel after milestones or deliverables have been approved.

8. Dispute Resolution

If you disagree with our refund decision, you may escalate the matter by writing to [insert senior contact or email address]. We are committed to resolving disputes reasonably and in good faith. If required, we may involve an independent mediator.


9. Modifications to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify, change, or update this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting on our website at https://stylica.online/ or any other URL we designate. Your continued use of our Services after such posting constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.

In case of significant changes (affecting many clients or material factors), we may also notify existing clients via email.
